No you don't, As long as you have internet banking you are able to use this service

Who can use this service?

Consumer accounts from ANZ, ASB, BNZ, and Westpac over the age of 18 currently support this service. Kiwibank and TSB will be added in the near future.

Is Flik Safe?

Flik leverages New Zealand's leading industry technology, utilising the standardized Open Banking APIs under Payments NZ's regulatory framework. As a registered participant with Payments NZ, we ensure all transactions are processed through secure, certified payment technologies.

We also do not see any of your bank log in details— all payments are made directly from your bank's page or app.

I need a refund on my product, what should I do?

As we do not hold any of the funds, you must directly contact the merchant for any refund requests. It is recommended that you send the information that is on the transaction statement so it is easier for the merchant to locate.
